Hi everyone,

Happy belated 4th of July. We went out of town for the holiday weekend to Medicine Creek, NE. It was nice to get out and do something somewhat normal with the pandemic. We ate lots of yummy food and swam pretty much everyday. I am still working on getting at least 1 recipe to upload digitally. Please keep checking in.
