Rory is my second child and he is my only boy. Rory is a very happy, and playful child. He loves to play with other children, he also loves to make people laugh, making him quite the goofball in our family. He has a very kind spirit, is a giving person, and is very patient most of the time, as long as he isn't ,"starving". Rory has worked up a considerable appetite since he was about 6 years old and continues to the more he grows, "typical boy," my husband says. Sometimes I don't even know how he is able to eat as much as he does but it cracks me up that he can clear a plate of food if he likes it. Rory has learned to be very cautious when it comes to him eating anything at all. He has learned to always ask or remind people that he is allergic to Tree Nuts, not peanuts, his favorite sandwich is PB&J. The sad part for him is most of the time he is left out for dessert, so we usually bring candy or try to offer to make desserts if we attend a gathering (which doesn't happen much because of COVID-19).
Rory is in second grade this year and is enjoying every minute of being able to attend in person. He is a wrestler, but hasn't wrestled this season yet due to the Pandemic, however he was thinking of switching sports anyhow. This past summer Rory pretty much taught himself how to swim without his floating device with my niece,Adalyn's, assistance and encouragement. Because Rory is in second grade now, we are starting to work him on at home with label reading to check for Tree Nut or any oil that is made from a Tree Nut.
