A little bit about us

Hi there! My name is Sabrina I am a wife and mother to three beautiful children. My children are Shylee (18y/o), Rory (7y/o), and Gillian (4y/o). I have been a phlebotomist for 16 years and currently work part time. My husband is Eric and he is a full time Journeyman Lineman. Shylee has Celiac disease, which means she should not eat gluten. Rory is allergic to tree nuts and requires an EpiPen if he consumes a tree nut or tree nut product. And Gillian doesn't have any known allergies, although she does ask if her food has tree nuts because of her brother. Most gluten free food Rory cannot eat because it contains tree nuts and most tree nut free food Shylee cannot eat because it contains gluten. Having two children with food allergies has made cooking and baking much more different for us. I am designing this website/blog for anyone that may be new to Celiac, a tree nut allergy, or both. Also for those who have questions, need support, resources, recipes, and products. I will post more about our family's story and how we got to where we are today.
